Who am I?

I just bought Who Am I? And cannot open it!!!! it quits when the loading graphic gets to the last T in the word Absolutist. I deleted it and reinstalled it . Also turned off the iPad and on again.

also the App Support button in the App store does not work for this app/ company.

I want a fix for it or my money back!!!
